Carenet Pregnancy Center of Albuquerque
Facing the possibility of an unplanned pregnancy can cause a rush of panic and intense emotions. Life can feel like it has been turned upside down. You do not have to go through it alone. Our pregnancy help center is here to help you work through your pregnancy options. We provide accurate information, free pregnancy testing, free pregnancy ultrasounds, material assistance, parenting classes (fathers are welcome), free STD testing, and much more. CONTACT US How we can help you Free Pregnancy Testing Thinking you might be pregnant can be scary, especially when that pregnancy is unplanned. You need to know as soon as possible if you should start exploring your pregnancy options. Over the counter pregnancy testing kits require you to miss a period before administering reliable results. That can mean weeks of agonizing over the possibility. Now, you do not have to wait. Our pregnancy center provides free pregnancy testing capable of detecting the pregnancy hormone hCG within three weeks after your last period. Pregnancy begins when the male’s sperm fertilizes or joins with the female’s ovum (egg). The average pregnancy lasts 38-42 weeks. It is divided into three trimesters: 1-12 weeks; 13-26 weeks; and 26 weeks until birth. For more information about pregnancy, visit the American Pregnancy Association. LEARN MORE Free Limited Ultrasounds Pregnancy tests may be the gold standard when it comes to checking for pregnancy, but they are not infallible. That is why our pregnancy help center offers free limited ultrasounds. Once a positive pregnancy test result is achieved, our care team uses an ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy. An ultrasound measures the embryo or fetus to determine how far along a woman is in her pregnancy. Ultrasounds provide the most accurate calculation of a due date. Limited ultrasounds do not diagnose the health or physical condition of the baby. Once the age and viability of the fetus is determined, we can explore your pregnancy options. And so much. Isabella Solis for Lt. Governor
I’m running for Lieutenant Governor because I’m convinced New Mexico is in trouble and we’re running out of time. New Mexico is ranked the 44th worst economy in the country. We have the 45th worst infrastructure. We’re the 47th worst for crime and safety … and worst of all, we’re 50th in the nation when it comes to educating our children. I believe the genesis of our problems are the far left policies, cronyism, and corruption of the Democrats who control New Mexico’s state government. They pass down rules they don’t follow themselves. They use our tax dollars to provide security for themselves that they deny the rest of us. They trap our children in failing schools. They over-tax and over-regulate our businesses, then blame job creators for our ranking as one of the worst economies in America. Let's give families a choice which schools their children can attend, and more charter schools to choose from. Rather than defund police, let's defend them. Let's make New Mexico a breeding ground for great ideas and entrepreneurial excellence. We can take back New Mexico and make it the land of enchantment again, but only if we'll demand accountability and integrity from those who serve us and the freedom to succeed. IsabellaforLt.com

Public Education Series Pt. 1 with Ali 4 Kids
Contact ALI 4 KIDS Phone:(505) 514-4658 Email: alifornm@gmail.com I love New Mexico.   Most New Mexicans would agree – We love New Mexico.  So why do we have so many of our children, families, friends and colleagues leaving the state? They are leaving, they say, to build a safe and prosperous life elsewhere.  Why are all the states around us doing so much better, when WE know this is the best place to live? We have to break the chains of the poor educational systems failing our children, educational system, break the chains that the union has on the School Board, and break the chains of a bad budget, more expensive buildings, and bad bonds, that keep our students in bondage. Parents and children need a voice – I will be YOUR voice. Education Education is my passion!  I truly believe that you can’t take anything with you except what you know.  Here’s what I know:  There are many phenomenal teachers and educators in New Mexico who, like our children, have been failed by our educational systems.  Each year administrators and politicians make small tweaks, pretend that spending more money is going to fix a broken system, and claim they need more money, more buildings, and more teacher evaluations to make things better.  It’s time to take the bold steps to provide for our children and teachers. We have to hold those politicians and administrators accountable! As an APS Board member, I will be accountable to YOU. I was a special education teacher and my experience showed me that children are told over and over that they can’t. They know they CAN!  I saw first-hand how Common Core lowered the performance of students and teachers. Common Core does not allow our students and our teachers to reach their potential.   I have faith that if I am given the opportunity to improve our state educational system, our children CAN achieve greatness! We need to bring back Vocational/Technical schools.  We need to reign in the spending by administrators, and give the funding back to the students, classrooms, and teachers. Comprehensive Sexuality Education Teaching pornography to small children goes against our moral principles, common decency, and family traditions. It is up to the parents, not our school systems, to teach our children sexual education.  Are you comfortable with teachers indoctrinating your children without YOUR consent?  Through this program (CSE) your child is being indoctrinated and groomed for trafficking and pedophilia.  This is not “NORMAL”.  Let’s get back to the basics of reading, writing, and mathematics. Critical Race Theory Say NO to CRT.  It is a continuance of the racial discord we as Americans have fought so hard to eliminate.  It is meant to separate our children by color.  Do you believe white people are oppressors and that Hispanic, Black, Asian, and/or Native children are victims?  Teaching these principles keep our children victims of propaganda and indoctrination.  I will work with every fiber of my being to get it out of our schools. I am fighting for all New Mexican children to find their path to a quality education. I am Pro-Children, Parents, and Teachers I am Pro-Quality Education I am Pro-Prosperity I am Pro-New Mexico

Ant Thornton Announce Candidacy for TheNextLG.com
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: For Media Inquiries: September 15, 2021 Email: info@TheNextLG.com Phone: 505-985-2390 DR. ANTHONY THORNTON ANNOUNCES CANDIDACY FOR LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR LOCAL GOP LEADER TO JOIN THE REPUBLICAN PRIMARY FIELD BERNALILLO, N.M.--- Anthony “Ant” Thornton, aerospace engineer and most recent 1st Vice Chair of the Republican Party of Bernalillo County has announced his candidacy for Lieutenant Governor. “I am excited to announce my candidacy for Lieutenant Governor. The current administration running the state of New Mexico has utilized the fear of COVID-19 to consolidate power and attack personal liberty,” Thornton said. “This administration’s use of unconstitutional mandates to shut down businesses, schools, and churches needs to be addressed and reversed. I believe the people of New Mexico, when properly informed, are wise enough to decide for themselves and their families what is best when it comes to their safety, security, and liberty. The citizens of New Mexico are fed up with the edicts and corruption from the current administration and they know it is time for a change. My national security background in technology development and executive leadership experience strongly positions me to be of great assistance to the next governor in turning our state around and placing us on the path to prosperity.” Thornton added that his campaign will focus on K-12 education, reducing crime and improving public safety, election integrity, and incentivizing businesses and jobs to New Mexico by repealing the Gross Receipts Tax (GRT). The latest national polls indicate the Democrat Party is losing ground with voters in the wake of rising crime, rising inflationary costs of groceries and gasoline, and overly intrusive COVID-19 policies, particularly in New Mexico. Dr. Thornton, like most Black Americans, was raised a Democrat, but walked away and became a Republican in 2011 after witnessing the dismal failure of the Obama administration’s policies. “I am entering this fight because I believe the people running our state are squandering our future prosperity and our children’s future aspirations, and I can no longer stand by and watch it happen. It’s time to stand up and demand a change.” Voters can learn more about Ant’s campaign by visiting www.TheNextLG.com.

S1:E101 Monte Monday: Gucci Mask Bandit
Thank you for supporting and listening to Off The Cuff ABQ talk radio, Monte Monday with Dinah Vargas Christina Estrada   Via Joleen Chavez Valencia County Yesterday at our protest in front of St Therese church,  two parishioners came up to us to ask why we were there.  The woman in the photo on the left came up to us first.  We explained why we were there and she insisted that Vincent Chavez (priest) really loves everyone and is pro-life. She says that not everyone puts abortion and freedom of religion at the forefront when they vote, and even she voted for Biden this year (she's a republican).  I mentioned the things Vincent said about my tattoo and asked if she still thought that he loves his neighbor.  Her response to me was,  "why do you have a tattoo on your chest?" implying that I gave him reason to say vulgar things about Jesus and myself. She was not open to opposition and left after I offered her a Bible that she refused to take. The woman on the right came by as we were packing up to leave.  After I explained why we were there,  she seemed very uneasy about Vincent's actions and said she'd be praying for him.  She took the Bible and pocket Constitution that I offered to her and left. We might not always see eye-to-eye on politics,  but Christians should always see eye-to-eye on the things of God. There should be a daily self- confrontation,  a daily repentance,  and a daily prayer-life. What God tells us to do is important and we should want to hear Him when He speaks. We could explain to others what He wants for them,  but they need to hear it straight from the horse's mouth,  per se. Pray for both of these women and all of the parishioners at St Therese church. https://pinonpost.com/baldacchino-denies-cervantes-eucharist/ On Saturday, pro-abortion state Sen. Joseph Cervantes (D-Las Cruces) wrote to his followers on Twitter to announce that pro-life Las Cruces Bishop, the Most Reverend Peter Baldacchino, had denied him the Eucharist during mass “based on [his] political office.” Cervantes wrote, “I was denied communion last night by the Catholic bishop here in Las Cruces and based on my political office.” He added, “My new parish priest has indicated he will do the same after the last was run off. Please pray for church authorities as Catholicism transitions under Pope Francis.” The news comes just one day after Pope Francis heavily restricted the celebration of the Traditional Latin Tridentine Mass, a pillar of the Church for traditional Catholics — sending shockwaves across the world. Now, it appears that Cervantes is content with the liberalization of the Catholic Church by Francis, whose pontificate previously blasted bishops attempting to restrict the Eucharist, which Catholics believe to the True Presence of Jesus, to only those in full communion with the Church’s teachings. Francis called the practice of withholding the Eucharist to those who are in full communion divisive. Francis also has promoted rabidly pro-abortion priests to high-ranking offices in the Vatican Cervantes also appears to be claiming Baldacchino denied him Holy Communion because of his “office,” not because Cervantes has repeatedly voted for bills, such as this past Legislative Session’s S.B. 10, which legalized abortion up-to-birth and infanticide across the state and stripped all protections for women and children in the womb. Cervantes also voted for a similar bill opposed by the Catholic Church which legalized physician-assisted suicide via lethal drug “cocktails.”

S1:E94 The Bail Bond Reform Lie Pt.6 Wrap-Up
Bail Bond Reform Lie FINAL series. Part 6: Wrap-up with Dinah Vargas, Samantha Connors and Gerald Madrid. Hello New Mexico, Welcome to OFF THE CUFF’S Bail Bond Reform Series! I’m Samantha Connors, your Conservative Millennial! Today we Present  with Gerald Madrid, of Madrid Bail Bonds. But before we get into it, I’d like to recap and catch everyone up on our previous episodes. During the 13th century, England devised and implemented the posting of money or property to allow for the less wealthy to be released from jail pending their trial. Typically, the wealthy were able to pay their way out of detainment, while the poor were doomed to remain in jail. Bail bonds changed that dynamic. Although, courts and justice systems have evolved, Bail Bonds remained relatively the same. A defendant or offender would be arrested for a crime, a judge would determine what bail was necessary to ensure the defendant would return to court for trial with the collateral posted to bail the defendant from jail. This collateral was usually on behalf of a Bail Bondsman. In turn, a bondsman takes on the burden of ensuring the defendant attends their trial date. An act that costs the taxpayer nothing and is exclusively the job of the bondsman if they are to receive payment for their services for bonding the defendant out of jail. At least that’s how it worked before 2016. In 2017, when the BAIL BOND REFORM amendment was instated, there was very little guild to actually implement it and the justice department has been making it up as they go along. Also, exhausting pretrial services prosecutors to assess and evaluate a defendants qualifications for release and present them to a judge. New Mexico determined the tool to use for the evidence collection was designed by former Hedge fund manager and Philanthropist John Arnold. The PUBLIC SAFETY ASSESSMENT tool or PSA, is a list of criteria that determines if a defendant is a flight risk or danger to the community. In the state of New Mexico, we no longer use Bondsman to the extent they were used prior to the 2016 legislative session. Now, when and if a judge sets a monetary bond, bondsman are few and far between to be Not to mention, we don’t have the advantage of the bail bondsman’s bounty hunters to bring a defendant that FAILED TO APPEAR to court. And that is ultimately where we sit, still riddled with crime and no documented change in anything. Mañana Major is committed to fighting for safer communities, a better judiciary and civil justice reform, and for good reason. Thanks to loopholes in New Mexico’s flawed 2016 bail bond reform bill, even the most dangerous criminals appear to be eligible for pretrial release.  While violent crime is skyrocketing and the murder count in New Mexico is at a record-breaking high, some activist judges continue to release criminals —many repeat offenders— back onto our streets. Mañana Mejor is committed to bringing safety back for the people of NM through bail bond reform and a better judiciary. Learn more at MañanaMejor.com.

Mañana Mejor is committed to bringing safety back for the people of NM through bail bond reform and a better judiciary. Learn more at MañanaMejor.com.

S1:E79 The Bail Bond Reform Lie Series 3 with Gerald Madrid
Off The Cuff Original Radio Series: Criminals are taking advantage of the Bail Bond Reform measures of 2016. Off The Cuff's Special Host, Samantha Connors and bail bondsmen, Gerald Madrid, connects the dots from the 2016 bail bond reform passage and the skyrocketing violent crime in New Mexico. S1:E79 The Bail Bond Reform Lie Series 3 with Gerald Madrid Original Broadcast on June 17,2021on 96.9fm am700 KDAZ Alb, N M. Under the proposed amendment, a judge could deny bail to a defendant if there was clear and convincing evidence that no release conditions would reasonably protect the safety of any person or the community. “This amendment will give judges the tools they need to best protect our communities,” Democratic Sen. Peter Wirth of Santa Fe, a chief sponsor of the proposed amendment, said after the Senate vote. Voter approval of the measure would bring New Mexico’s bail system more in line with federal laws and laws in some other states that permit pretrial detention of dangerous defendants. Proposed constitutional amendments approved by the Legislature don’t go to the governor for signature or veto and instead go directly to voters. However, Gov. Susana Martinez’s top public safety official has endorsed the proposed bail amendment. The proposed amendment includes a second provision designed to deal with defendants who pose no risk but are held in jail before trial simply because they can’t post bail. Under that provision, a defendant who is neither a danger nor a flight risk couldn’t be detained before trial solely because of a financial inability to post a money or property bond. Most money bonds are posted by bail bondsmen, who charge a defendant a fee equal to 10 percent of the bond. County officials pushed that provision, saying the release of defendants who pose no risk would help them trim their jail costs. Bernalillo County reported that as of Nov. 25, it had 57 jail inmates who had bail set at $100 or less but couldn’t post it. Another 123 defendants were being held on bail of $101 to $500. “Bail should be based on risk, not resources,” Wirth said. The bail industry initially opposed the provision dealing with defendants who pose no risk but agreed to support the proposed amendment after the provision was rewritten to make it possible for a judge to refuse a no-bail release to an indigent defendant if the defendant posed a flight risk. Also, under the compromise, an indigent defendant who is neither a danger nor a flight risk may be required to file a court motion requesting relief from a requirement to post money bail. Because of the changes to the provision dealing with defendants who pose no risk, the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the American Civil Liberties Union of New Mexico withdrew their support. “The original bill addressed the disparity and fundamental unfairness that allows the wealthy to post a bond while the common citizen sits in jail waiting for a trial. This new version no longer holds true to that goal,” said Matt Coyte, president of the defense attorneys group. The movement to reform New Mexico’s bail system has its roots in a decision by the state Supreme Court in 2014. The justices said that, with few exceptions, a defendant must be released pending trial on the least restrictive conditions necessary to reasonably ensure the person’s appearance in court and safeguard the public. A judge can require a defendant to post a secured bond – either individually or through a bail bondsman – only if other release conditions don’t reasonably guarantee appearance in court and public safety. Courts around the state had drifted from the legal requirements by failing to assess the individual risks posed by defendants and instead relying in large part on so-called jailhouse bond schedules that set bail based on the crime alleged.

What we know fondly as the "Stars and Stripes" was adopted by the Continental Congress as the official American flag on June 14, 1777, in the midst of the Revolutionary War. Deyontae Williams was armed with a rifle and wound up in a tense standoff with counter-protesters to the Proud Boys. Police detained Williams and there was a breakdown in the chain of command about whether charges would be pressed. An emergency response team officer was put on leave while officials investigated the incident.

S1:E75 In Defense of Santa Fe (Radio Series Pt.1)
Eli Bransford is a local Santa Fean who is tired of seeing the Spanish and Santa Fe cultures come under attack through removal and destruction of statues, monuments and celebrations. AND he is not the only one.  He's started an online series talking about all this you can find on YouTube and soon on BitChute titled "In Defense of Santa Fe". The series is Eli's perspective as a Santa Fean on the recent cultural, political and historical challenges to his hometown. -          Activists groups and protesters have succeeded in canceling a traditional celebration (La Entrada), removing a statue (DeVargas) and attacked the Soldiers monument obelisk in the plaza, and more. There is a real push by activists to continue this and much more. T The series documents what's happening in the community factually along with his opinion. -          Protesting historic things is becoming common. -          Incorrect, over-simplified ways of looking at history are becoming more common. -          This is literally the current generation standing in judgement of previous generations to the point they want to destroy past accomplishments and even remembrance of accomplishments. These activists and movements are pitting cultures against each other and we can’t fall for it. Part 1 lays the groundwork for the series. It establishes how Eli is going to use sketches and symbolism of playing cards to help explain. Part 1 also reminds us that the relationship between the Santa Fe, Spanish and Native American cultures has been mostly good for an extremely long time.

Check out my latest podcast with former NM House of Representative for district 50, Christina Estrada from Estancia, NM. With Host Dinah Vargas and Stella Padilla- also former House of Representative candidates for NM in 2020. As you know, last year I ran for the New House of Representatives for district 10. I was one of many conservative Republican women breaking political and social barriers in our quest to take the NM House and Senate.  113 candidates were recruited to run for state seats and women made up nearly half of that slate, which also includes several Native American and Hispanic candidates. It was an uphill battle and the odds were mostly stacked against most of us. For me it was cruel and unusual. I'm happy I was a part of it, even in the fall out of election night 2020,  I really can’t complain. Christina and I met on the campaign trail of 2020 and she has become someone I respect and admire.

S1:E38 In Defense of Santa Fe: Part One
